Breakfast is the most critical slot on your schedule.. it sets the tone for the entire day. A successful breakfast show needs to be fun, vibrant, and engaging, giving listeners a reason to sing along and start their day with a smile. When a station sounds upbeat, audience loyalty naturally follows.
My focus is driving listener engagement, building daily habits, and creating passionate brand advocates. I aim to keep your audience locked in day after day and eager to recommend your station to friends, family, and colleagues.

Hour 1:
Golden Oldies to New Releases & The Workout Track
Kickstart your morning with "The Feel Good Hour" 60 minutes packed with feel-good classics. We launch the show with three 60s golden oldies before diving into some great 70s tracks, complete with celebrity birthday shouts and facts from music history tied to today's date. Then, get ready for "The Workout Track" at 7:25 AM. We encourage listeners to join us in the breakfast studio for a few minutes of high-energy, uptempo beats designed to get your blood pumping as you warm up and tackle the day ahead. No time for yawning.. let's wake up and "get it done!". We then round out the hour with a mix of 90s, 00s, 10s, and new current releases.
Hour 2:
80s at 8 & Midway Extended Play
We hit the ground running at 8:00 AM with the "80s at 8." Enjoy 30 minutes of 1980s anthems, paired with more celebrity birthday shouts and music history facts. At 8:30 AM, it's time for the "Midway Extended Play." I dig deep into my personal vinyl collection to bring you an "Extended Play, Every Day" featuring classic 12-inch singles, before moving into a lively mix of 90s, 00s, 10s, and current releases.
Hour 3:
The 5 at 9, Classic Album Track & Theme Tune Finish
Hour 3 kicks off at 9:00 AM with "The 5 at 9". Five back-to-back tracks where listeners test their trivia to guess the years and earn a coveted "Virtual Gold Star." It may be imaginary, but it's a prize to wear with pride all day! Next up is our daily "Featured Classic Album Track." Each week, we select a classic album to showcase, playing a release hit chart single or a hidden album gem every day alongside fascinating backstory details. After more birthday shouts, music history facts, and top tunes, we arrive at our final feature: "Today's Theme Tune Finish." We take a nostalgic trip back in time to rediscover a classic TV favourite, share a few fun facts to jog your memory, and close the show with its iconic theme tune.
